Macklin "Mack" (Born August 14th, 2007[1] [2]) is a guest character on Grace and Frankie. He is Grace Hanson's eldest grandchild, the son of Mitch and Mallory Hanson. He is also the eldest of their four children.
Background[]
Macklin was born to Mitch and Mallory Hanson in 2007 after 37 hours of labour. He was staying with his grandmother Jean when his sister Madison was born.
Macklin with his sister and step-uncle, performing at the wedding of their step-uncle Nwabudike Bergstein.
When he was little, he and his sister were scared by Coyote Bergstein who was high and stoned, shouting on their lawn and destroying their mailbox.
He bonded with his grandmother when his mother was on bedrest. After his parents' divorce, his mother gained custody and often had Coyote watch Macklin and his siblings while she worked.

- While his grandmother Grace Hanson doesn't like children, he seems to be her favourite grandchild. She keeps toys hidden in her house for when he comes over and they play cards together in The Negotiation.
- He is afraid of clowns.
- His favourite actress is Marcia Gay Harden, who is coincidentally also Frankie Bergstein's favourite actress.
